Shouchuanwei develops high-speed transmission and communication chips used across automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors. The company recently completed a B round financing of more than RMB 100 million. The round was led by Wuyuefeng Kechuang, with Zhongxin Xicheng and Qingyan Capital as co-investors; Taihe Capital served as exclusive financial adviser. Previously it raised angel and angel+ rounds from Hushan Capital and Wofu Venture Capital, and an A round exclusively from Hanlian Industry Fund. Multiple well-known sci-tech and semiconductor investors have backed the company. The new funding is intended to support comprehensive product rollout, help open upstream and downstream industry-chain resources, and accelerate product scaling.
