Venn
16 W 22nd Street 10th Floor, New York, NY, 10010, United States
Overview
Venn has built a technology platform that centralizes every resident interaction for multifamily property owners and operators, allowing them to boost retention, cut operating costs, and unlock new revenue streams from services such as insurance, utilities, cellular plans, credit offerings, and on-demand home services. Operating across more than 30 U.S. states, the system is used by over 270 property owners and operators, including large names like Related, Bozzuto, CIM Group, and Veris Residential. The platform currently supports the daily living experiences of more than 500,000 residents and has driven annual recurring revenue to grow nine-fold in the past 18 months. Venn estimates a potential value creation of nearly $1,000 per unit per year and is targeting expansion to one million units by 2026. The company also plans to deepen R&D investments, widen its open API, and add integrations so global consumer brands can access its renter network. Headquartered in New York with a product and R&D center in Tel Aviv, the team draws talent from Meta, IKEA, Salesforce, Sonos, and leading proptech firms. To date, Venn has raised a total of $140 million to fuel its vision of binding residents, operators, and service providers into a $10 trillion “living economy.”
