The company leverages its people, technology (including support for artificial intelligence and automation), training and resourcing expertise to deliver services across multiple channels that support clients' brands and values. Ventrica currently employs over 350 staff and is aiming to grow to 600 this year. It raised £9m in funding from Mobeus Equity Partners. The company intends to use the funds to expand its presence in the UK and Europe to support its multi-lingual client base serving customers across global markets. Headquartered in Southend-on-Sea, Ventrica works closely with clients to tailor contact services to their needs.
