The product integrates with existing workflows and tools such as Slack, Teams and Google Drive and offers real-time collaboration, answer suggestions and version tracking. Founded in 2025 and rebranded to position itself as an 'OS for customer trust', the company aims to help organizations prove and maintain trust across security, legal and compliance reviews. Vera says it helps over 200 companies become GDPR compliant and reduces duplication and friction in complex deals. The team plans to use the recent funding toward the rebrand and to expand its AI agents that remove bottlenecks and create a single source of truth for compliance and security responses. The company raised €1.2 million in funding from Pitchdrive, SFC Capital and Plug and Play.
