Vertuoza is a Belgian construction-software company (founded in 2021) that offers an intuitive platform enabling building entrepreneurs to manage planning, invoicing, profitability, project management and operational monitoring. The product receives monthly feature updates and is currently available in four countries; a Dutch-language version was launched last summer to support expansion into Dutch-speaking markets, including the Netherlands. Vertuoza reports an annual recurring revenue above €4 million and employs 72 people across three countries. With the new funding the company plans to accelerate international expansion, target a doubling of ARR, finalize and launch V2 of its software, and hire at least forty new (notably Dutch-speaking) team members by the end of 2024.
