Verustruct
770 Chapel Street, New Haven, Connecticut, 06510, United States
Overview
Verustruct develops robotic systems and a software suite to automate housebuilding, centered on a patented translational slip form (TSF) technology that can extrude load-bearing walls onsite while integrating electrical, plumbing, and insulation. The company applies machine learning and real-time inspection software to accelerate construction workflows and produce higher-quality builds. It targets lower-cost materials such as basalt and limestone to reduce per-square-meter building costs. Verustruct was founded by Nicholas Callegari, then an MBA student at the Yale School of Management, and received strategic support from that school during its early development. The company converted to a Public Benefit Corporation to embed social objectives alongside venture growth. Verustruct has publicly disclosed an oversubscribed $2.4 million pre-seed raise to advance its technology and operations.
