VetVerifi is a Nashville, Tennessee–based B2B compliance platform that automates verification of pet vaccination records and medical history between pet care providers for consumer-initiated transactions. Founded in 2022 by Tim Ridgway, David Servodidio, and Chris Lynn, the company’s data infrastructure enables daily health record verifications to help pets move safely through communities. Its platform invites participation from a broad pet care ecosystem, including groomers, kennels, veterinary clinics, and software providers. In February 2025 VetVerifi raised $2.8M in Seed funding to support its growth. The company plans to use the funds to expand operations and advance development efforts. As part of the round, Las Olas partner Mark Volchek joined VetVerifi’s board.
