Via.Delivery operates a nationwide pickup network that allows e-commerce customers to receive orders at cashiers of offline stores, bank branches and mobile-salon points. A partnership with Svyaznoy added 2,500 pickup points, bringing the network to 22,000 across the country. The platform works with partners including Pyaterochka and Sberbank and is used by more than 100 online stores. Customers select a pickup point at checkout, track parcels via a website tracker, and collect orders by providing an SMS code to the cashier or from a postamat. The service handles parcels up to 15 kg and those that do not require special temperature conditions. Via.Delivery says its logistics are structured to optimize delivery price. The company is financed by venture funds and business angels, with total investments of $1.4 million.
