Vignita provides a social learning platform that aggregates training for skilled workers, connecting companies with experts and technology for onboarding, compliance, certification, retraining and other uses. The platform has been available as a pilot since 2018 and currently serves 1,400 Norwegian companies. To date, 20 course providers in the building and construction sector have participated in the pilot; free registration for course providers will open after the new year and the service will be expanded to all types of skilled workers. The company has established a management team and is boosting sales and marketing following its recent raise. Vignita aims to grow across the Nordics in 2022 and then expand into the rest of Europe and beyond.
