Oveo.io builds a platform that monitors companies' other SaaS subscriptions, collecting data on terms, payments, functionality, admin rights and employee activity. The startup has launched a free version it plans to roll out to all Danish companies this year, with expansion planned to the rest of Europe. Oveo.io raised €1 million in a pre-seed round to continue developing the product and scale go-to-market efforts. The company will use the funding for product optimisation, marketing and recruiting. The team currently numbers 13 and expects to grow by 30–50 employees over the next two years. Co-founders include CEO Michael Fornander and CIO Morten Søndergaard; the firm will compete with UK rival Cledara.
