Vijya Fintech is the parent company of MIDASX, a platform positioning itself as India’s first open-architecture, AI-driven B2B2C multi-asset marketplace. The service lets product manufacturers, distributors and investors transact in stock baskets, research calls, corporate FDs, LAMF/LAS, mutual-fund model portfolios, bonds, MLDs and unlisted equities within one ecosystem. Recently acquired AI technology underpins features such as portfolio health scoring, predictive analytics, simulation engines and walk-forward analysis. The firm plans to broaden its catalogue to insurance, PMS, AIF, international equities, estate & tax planning and commodities, aiming to offer a holistic wealth-management experience. Proceeds will also fund team expansion and nationwide scaling. Vijya Fintech has secured a cumulative ₹27 crore in funding to date, including the latest seed infusion. Veteran quant strategist Anil Gupta has joined as Co-Founder & Chief Investment Strategist to lead AI innovation.
