Its tech-forward approach leverages AI, machine learning, and software tools to boost construction efficiency, and its supply chain includes some of the largest offsite factories in the U.S. In 2024 Villa launched its primary homebuilding segment and has constructed several hundred ADUs across more than 100 local jurisdictions, becoming one of California’s largest builders of detached ADUs. The company has expanded operations into Colorado and is pursuing entry-level home development through a PropCo JV, with plans to begin delivering homes for sale later this year.
