Vinomofo is an online wine retail site that provides curated wine experiences and assists consumers with wine curation. The company sells wine through its e-commerce platform and positions itself as a consumer-focused wine experience. Launched in 2011 from an Adelaide garage by co-founders Andre Eikmeier and Justin Dry, Vinomofo is now a roughly 100-person operation based in Cremorne, Victoria. The business has begun international expansion via a 'business lite' model rolled out into six new markets: New Zealand, USA, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and China. To support rapid domestic growth and its new-market operations, Vinomofo completed its first capital raise, securing $25 million from Blue Sky Venture Capital. The funding is intended to bolster growth and support the company’s expansion plans.
