Vinter is a recruitment platform that uses artificial intelligence developed in its Turkey R&D centre to evaluate candidates' suitability and competencies. Its features include a flexible structure for custom recruitment processes, question-set management, technical competence and competency inventories, foreign language proficiency assessment, dashboards with advanced analytics, integrations, and AI-supported candidate evaluations. The company says it screens its software for bias, addressing a salient issue as AI becomes more common in hiring. Vinter offers an asynchronous process with system status notifications so candidates and recruiters can act on their own schedules. Founding partner Erdem Can stated the platform enables simpler, more transparent processes and provides infrastructure for recruitment experts to create data-based decision-making. Financially, Vinter has raised €1.4M in Seed funding from ALCORA.
