Vira aims to close the gender data gap in healthcare by starting with menopause, where research and conversations are limited. The company extracts and analyses data from clinical trials, medical records, research reports and its own customers to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through its app, Stella. Stella asks users to share symptoms and provides a clinician-designed 12-week personalised plan aligned with NHS guidelines, a dedicated coach, weekly Stella Lives sessions with doctors and peers, and tracking and treatment reminders.
