Founded in 2013 and based in Auckland, Virsae provides Virsae Service Management (VSM), a cloud service that monitors unified communications systems including phones and messaging platforms that run on IT networks. The company sells through an indirect model and currently manages 24 business partners worldwide, including Arrow SI, Altura, Maintel, 4Net and AGC Networks.
