TidalTV is a Baltimore, MD-based provider of video advertising, optimization and yield management solutions. Its core product set focuses on video-based advertising, targeting and ad decisioning capabilities. The company raised more than $16m in a Series B venture capital round. CEO Scott Ferber said the additional capital will accelerate TidalTV's position as a leader in video-based advertising solutions for advertisers and publishers. With the new capital, TidalTV intends to aggressively expand development of advanced targeting and ad decisioning capabilities within the video marketplace and continue offering innovative products and solutions for advertisers and publishers. Comcast Interactive Capital, NEA and Valhalla Partners participated in the financing.
