Vision One
São Paulo, Sao Paulo, Brazil, South America
Overview
Founded in 2020 by XP Private Equity as a roll-up platform, Vision One consolidates fragmentated ophthalmology assets into an integrated network of hospitals and clinics. The company operates 66 units across 13 states and the Federal District, offers high-complexity procedures (cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment, myopia correction, corneal transplants, vitrectomies) and runs a retail optics brand, Vizzi, to capture value along the patient journey. Vision One reports annual revenues of R$1.3 billion (approximately USD 250 million) and employs more than 6,000 people including clinicians. Its growth strategy combines continued M&A, organic expansion of existing units, and vertical integration through retail expansion and patient-access programs. The platform was built from an initial base investment into CBV and subsequent mergers (including Grupo H.Olhos) and operated with capital from an XP health fund reported at roughly R$1.3 billion. With the new IFC minority equity investment, Vision One plans to accelerate acquisitions, expand organic capacity and scale its Vizzi retail footprint.
