Visit Group is a Gothenburg, Sweden–based hospitality and travel software company that offers collaborative commerce software to in-destination experience vendors including lodgings, day tours, attractions, mountain resorts, ferry operators, amusement parks and activity vendors. Its multiple software solutions create an ecosystem that helps hospitality and travel providers package, sell, distribute, and deliver guest experiences. As of August 2023 the company serves more than 2,200 customers in over 25 countries. The company will use new funding to accelerate both organic and inorganic growth across the region by broadening the range and depth of solutions offered to customers. Financially, Visit Group received more than €100M in Strategic Growth funding from PSG, which is acquiring a majority stake from Standout Capital and other minority shareholders while the founder and management remain significant owners. The business is led by CEO James Dixon and founder and Executive Chairman Magnus Emilson.
