Visual Unity offers vuMedia™, an OTT platform that delivers a live viewing experience on the web and on mobile and connected devices. Its solution can be deployed into existing workflows and business processes to help content owners and distributors engage audiences on any screen and monetize video assets. The company said it secured $7.2M (€5.2M) in funding from 3TS Capital Partners, which acquired a minority stake. Visual Unity intends to use the funds to expand on a global scale. The company is led by Founder and CEO Tomas Petru and Chief Commercial Officer Tony Hasek and maintains offices in Los Angeles, Munich, Prague, Moscow, Istanbul, Dubai and Hong Kong.
