Vitaldent is a European dental clinic network that delivers comprehensive odontological treatments through a mix of franchised and corporate-owned clinics. Founded in 1989 by Ernesto Colman, the company operates in Spain and Italy with almost 460 clinics. Its workforce includes over 3,400 dentists and about 7,200 employees. The group generates approximately €450m in annual network sales and targets average growth of 7.5% over the next five years. The company will use the €100m investment to consolidate market share in Spain, expand its network in Italy, enter Poland, and to refinance existing obligations. Intermediate Capital Group backed the transaction.
