Overview
Vitt is a London-based cash management fintech focused on serving startups. Its core product is a treasury offering designed to help startups diversify and earn returns on idle cash. The company says customers can earn up to 5.07%, with assets held solely with an FCA-regulated custodian. Vitt plans to use new funding to scale this treasury product. CEO Saket Kumar notes the company serves customers managing both thousands and millions. To date Vitt has raised a total of $16 million in equity and debt. Vitt offers SaaS companies the ability to raise growth capital tied to annual recurring revenue rather than dilutive equity or traditional debt. The platform requires a demonstrable ARR baseline of £100,000 and a five-minute application that connects company accounts to Vitt’s systems. Vitt’s proprietary data model evaluates metrics including churn and growth and can deliver an approval decision in less than 24 hours. If approved, Vitt provides up to 12 months of upfront cash at a small discount to the expected value of the cashflow. The company positions itself alongside rivals such as Ritmo, Requr, Viceversa and Berlin’s re:cap. Vitt emerged from stealth concurrent with its financing announcement.
