Vivid Mind has developed a patented short voice test that leverages artificial intelligence and leading-edge sound processing to represent the sound spectrum and build interpretable features as voice biomarkers. The approach is non-invasive, language-agnostic, fast, low-cost, and can be deployed remotely. A trial of 298 adults showed the screening achieved 90% accuracy and suggested the test could predict disease up to eight years before symptom onset. The startup plans to use the recent funds to bridge to additional testing and to secure regulatory approvals.
