Vivocha offers a cloud-based service that enables businesses to engage customers online using video, voice, chat, social media and surveys. The platform is free for most users and is used by enterprise clients including Enel, Wind-Infostrada, Fastweb, Findomestic, Genialloyd, ING Direct, CheBanca, Edison, Foppapedretti, RCS, Linear, WeBank, Ausilium, PosteMobile, Nectar and several e-commerce companies. The company has offices in Cagliari, Milan and San Francisco and was co-founded by Federico Pinna (CTO) and Gianluca Ferranti (CEO). Vivocha raised external funding to support growth and product expansion. The proceeds are intended for marketing and sales efforts, team completion, and product development into the Mobile and Social field. In conjunction with the funding the company renewed its board of directors to include Daniele Barki (Reitek S.p.A. – President), Renato Vannucci (Vertis SGR), Marco Magnocavallo (Principia SGR), alongside the founders.
