Vlipsy, co-founded in 2017 by CEO Chris Nickless and Matt Tew, is a Canton, OH–based startup that helps users find, create and share sound-enabled clips from online videos. The company offers mobile apps for iMessage and Android that enable sharing to WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook, Messenger and Twitter, and downloading for Instagram and Snapchat.
