VMocion develops motion‑stimulation technologies—VMocion 3V and WAIV—that create a virtually stimulated sense of physical motion matched to on‑screen movement and raise vestibular thresholds to mitigate visual‑vestibular mismatch. 3V enables users to feel the motion they see, providing an all‑sensory experience and reducing VR sickness, while WAIV reduces the brain's perception of vestibular motion to prevent motion sickness for most afflicted users. The technologies are positioned to increase engagement and session length across VR, AR, XR, HMDs and broader consumer and commercial uses including 2D/3D gaming, entertainment, travel (planes, trains, automobiles, marine), amusement parks, EV/AV, flight simulation, pilot training and military applications. VMocion holds an exclusive license to select Mayo Clinic‑patented technologies that have been validated as safe and effective through human studies and aim to avoid pharmaceutical or invasive treatments for motion sickness. The company recently announced a $3 million seed round from AZ Crown and Mayo Clinic, and Eric Crown of Insight Enterprises has joined the board. Mayo Clinic will use any revenue it receives from the license to support its not‑for‑profit mission in patient care, education, and research.
