Vobi is a software startup offering a SaaS platform for construction project management that delivers quick estimates and manages payments among stakeholders. The platform grew out of an earlier product called HomeHero and was founded in 2021 by Ythalo Silva, Guilherme Guerra, Fabio Witt and Murilo Freitas. Vobi’s pricing tiers range from R$69 to R$199 monthly, and the company finished last year with more than 35,000 clients (including free users). It managed estimates totaling over R$1 billion and recorded R$4 million in revenue. With new investment, Vobi plans to expand its team from 25 to 60 people and pursue tenfold user growth to 350,000 within 12–18 months. Planned product developments include a marketplace to connect suppliers with construction professionals, in‑platform purchasing of materials, financial offerings to smooth cash flow, and construction insurance, creating potential additional revenue streams.
