Voc.ai (SHULEX TECHNOLOGY LIMITED) is a Hong Kong–based AI SaaS startup that builds voice-of-customer and product-research tools for e-commerce sellers. It recently launched its first Amazon toolkit, Shulex VOC, powered by ChatGPT and designed for Amazon sellers and brands. The toolkit uses natural language processing and machine learning to analyze customer behavior, sentiment, and preferences. Voc.ai says the product helps sellers identify keywords, optimize product descriptions, craft marketing messages, and gain deeper customer insights to drive sales. The company has assembled a team with experience from Microsoft, Alibaba, and Anker. Voc.ai disclosed it raised over $12 million in March 2023 to accelerate growth and expansion into new markets.
