Voicera’s core product, Eva, is an AI‑powered assistant that records meetings, creates transcriptions, identifies important items and emails highlights to meeting participants. Eva integrates with Salesforce, Slack and email, enabling workflows such as creating or updating CRM records from meeting data. Transcriptions are described as decent today but still require human oversight to correct errors, and users can explicitly flag action items. The company emphasizes privacy by giving meeting participants control over transcripts, including the ability to delete them. Eva is currently free while in Beta; Voicera plans a subscription model with tiers for individuals, teams and enterprises and the CEO has suggested around $10/month for an individual user. Voicera is working to tune its machine learning so the assistant can handle note taking and action‑item capture with less human intervention over time.
