Volum (formerly Kowffice) is a Paris-based digital platform that handles office rental end-to-end, from office search and lease signing to fit-outs, equipment and services (IT, maintenance, surveillance, reception). The company offers more flexible rental contracts and helps landlords convert empty offices into serviced office space followed by long-term management. Founded in 2016 by Matthieu Nicolini, Gabriel Roucel and Erwan Vasseure, Volum has served clients including Renault, Malt, Shine, Marcel Cab, Maje, Heetch and Novaquark. In 2019 it recorded over 20,000 workstation searches representing 200,000 m², and it currently manages 35,000 m² across 17 properties with a reported 100% retention rate. The business rebranded from Kowffice to Volum to broaden its reputation across the commercial real estate market and to support international expansion. Volum plans to accelerate marketing and export its concept to London and New York, and is using new funding to recruit additional profiles to support growth.
