Founded in April 2025 and based in Dublin, Vox Talk AI develops AI operators that work alongside human staff in monitoring centres, automatically taking over when alarms are raised. Its AI operators handle voice calls, log incidents, enter data, send emails and manage WhatsApp communications across hundreds of simultaneous alarms and in more than 30 languages. The platform already integrates directly with Sentinel and serves customers including Fenix Monitoring, Action 24 and G4S. Vox Talk AI reports its platform handles thousands of calls each month and that clients save over 50 hours of operator time weekly, with AI operators completing more tasks than humans and improving response times for high-severity alarms. The company plans to add computer vision capabilities for CCTV and video monitoring and to scale commercial adoption across Europe, the UK and the United States.
