Voxie
500 Westover Dr, Sanford, NC, 27330, United States
Overview
Voxie builds tools to automate and manage personalized SMS conversations between brands and customers, enabling large-scale conversational outreach. The platform sends messages from normal 10-digit phone numbers and blends automation with human-written replies, with roughly 80–90% of messages automated and the remainder crafted by people. Voxie was originally built for enterprise customers but created a lower-cost version during the pandemic that is now used by retail, restaurant franchise and main-street brands, including LG, Danone, Massage Heights and Buff City Soap. Customers use the product to collect individual profile data across locations and drive revenue uplift, the company says. Voxie raised $6.7 million in a Series A led by Noro-Moseley Partners. Next product plans include a "reply to buy" feature to allow orders directly from text conversations, and the company says its broader vision is delivering the right message at the right time via the right medium.
