Voz.io offers a scalable browser-based call center and CRM solution aimed at SMEs. The platform leverages WebRTC to deliver in-browser audio and video support, removing the need for hardware, training or upfront investment. It integrates with CRM systems so agents see full customer updates in the browser and includes intelligent call routing, inbound/outbound recording, call monitoring, analytics, KPIs and real-time reporting. Voz.io supports phone support in more than 40 countries and connects with 20 carriers worldwide via direct termination, avoiding third-party voice APIs to reduce costs and impose zero charges on incoming calls to users. The company was founded last September by Summann Gandham and Sergi Almar and is based in Barcelona. Voz.io recently closed a $150,000 seed round from Kima Ventures to pursue business development and user acquisition.
