Wamba Technologies develops an eSports platform designed to let beginners compete in large prize pools without being undermined by higher-skilled players through anti-cheating countermeasures. The platform’s game design work is led by veteran designer Andy Ashcraft. Founder and CEO Gary Denham leads the company from Phoenix, AZ. Wamba is finishing post-production on its first title, Waffle Smash, which the company expected to release on Google Play and iOS by August 1, 2018. The company planned a beta release of its platform by the end of 2018. Wamba raised funding to further development of the platform and its game.
