Warp

Laguna de Guzman, 10, México D.F., CDMX, MX

Overview

Warp connects shippers, carriers, and third-party warehouses to create a unified, tech-enabled freight network that lowers shipping costs for enterprise customers such as Walmart, Gopuff, and HelloFresh. Its core platform orchestrates freight movements and, increasingly, the internal workflows of partner warehouses. The company has built a digital twin of its Los Angeles test facility using computer-vision cameras and now retrofits off-the-shelf robots with proprietary software to handle unloading, storage, and reloading of freight autonomously. By applying AI across voice, text, email, and phone interactions, Warp aims to minimize manual labor and give partner warehouses a competitive edge amid staffing shortages. Management says the LA facility is already fully autonomous, and initial rollouts will target warehouses in Los Angeles, Chicago, New Jersey, Dallas, and Miami. Warp does not plan to sell its robotics kits externally, instead using them to deepen the moat around its own network. To fund these initiatives, the company secured a $10 million Series A round, bolstering its balance sheet for continued R&D and deployment.
