Warrant builds an AI compliance agent that reviews and approves marketing materials—websites, social posts, decks, emails, video, and influencer partnerships—for financial services, real estate, and insurance teams. The system learns from a company’s previously approved content to provide suggestions aligned to brand voice and risk tolerance, and it analyzes enforcement actions, regulatory press releases, and sanctions to stay current. Warrant offers a library of thousands of federal, state, and platform-specific policies while allowing customers to create their own rules and streamline approval workflows across legal, compliance, and partner stakeholders. Early adopters (Holdings, Future Money, Relli) report cutting marketing review times from an industry average of six hours to about 15 minutes. The team plans to use the new funding to expand development of webhooks and integrations across marketing, sales, and CX tech stacks so compliance checks can be embedded directly into existing tools. The founding team includes CEO Austin Carroll (ex-Mercury, Brex, Capital One) and CTO Daniel Chopson (ex-Cove.Tool), and the company is supported by advisors from Dave, American Express, Melio, Brex, and current regulators.
