We.Connect completed the acquisition of MCA Technology, finalized on 28 June. Following that acquisition, the company carried out a reserved capital increase of approximately €3.0M. The board recorded the capital increase on 9 July via the issuance of 150,890 new ordinary shares at a subscription price of €19.24 per share (total €2,999,983.36, prime d'émission incluse). The new shares were fully subscribed by DS5 Holding and AMG, companies held by the founders of MCA Technology, with the subscription period having opened on 28 June and closed early. After settlement-delivery on 17 July, the company's share capital will amount to €15,418,304.61 and be composed of 2,948,057 shares with a nominal value of €5.23 each. The new shares will be requested for admission to trading on Euronext Growth Paris on the same line as existing shares (ISIN FR0013079092, mnémonique ALWEC).
