WebEngineering operates two online services: France’s leading specialized engineering job site and a marketplace dedicated to engineering prestations. Its job site captures more than 20% of the monthly flow of engineers searching for work and the company maintains a CV database of over 20,000 engineer resumes. Recruiters can publish job or mission offers and access the rich CVthèque. After closing a first funding tranche the company multiplied audience and sign-ups by 1.7 and reported revenue higher than expected. WebEngineering plans international expansion in April/May to Belgium, the UK and Spain. The funds will be used to develop a long-term commercial and marketing strategy, per the CEO.
