Webinar is a Russian developer of web- and video-conferencing tools delivered as a modular service for video conferences, screen sharing, document collaboration, chat, online polls and testing. The service is available in a web version and mobile apps for iOS and Android. Under the COMDI brand the company provides online broadcasts and telebridges. Webinar operates its own content delivery network and several data centers to redistribute traffic and handle high loads. Its clients include Sberbank, Microsoft, the Moscow government, Rostelecom and the Higher School of Economics. The company plans to expand its engineering staff and enter other markets and has recently attracted $7.3M in a new investment round.
