WeDraft’s core product, Flows, is positioned as an all-in-one platform for personal information and information-asset management that emphasizes no-code implementation, centralized ledger management, automated risk assessment, and an intuitive UI/UX. The platform aims to replace spreadsheet- and silo-driven methods by standardizing registration and auditing and by automating extraction of compliance tasks and vulnerability evaluations. Despite formal incorporation in January 2026, WeDraft ran a beta of Flows in 2024 and has already seen adoption by major domestic enterprises including Aisin, Kyodo Printing (Tomowel), Pia, and Rizap. The company is led by CEO Hiroki Hashimura and plans to use newly raised seed capital to bolster infrastructure, support early clients, and grow its team. Management has stated the goal of establishing Flows as a market standard for corporate information-asset management in Japan.
