The platform identifies the least efficient buildings across large portfolios to target energy upgrades. The company is based in Boston, MA. WegoWise received $3m in financing from Boston Community Capital and plans to use the funds to expand its platform to the commercial real estate market. Boston Community Capital had previously provided $1.9m to the company.
