Proceeds will also fund expanded research and development programs and fulfill orders for ANYWHERE modular data centers from enterprise customers worldwide. Management said the financing will accelerate DCaaS™ delivery plans in North America and support expansion plans in Europe and Asia. i/o recently opened its third modular data center location, i/o NEW JERSEY, and commenced work on the second phase of i/o PHOENIX.
