Founded in 2019 as a Samsung spinoff, Seoul-based Wellysis builds lightweight, waterproof wearable sensors that continuously capture ECG/EKG and other biometric signals. Its flagship product, the FDA-cleared S-Patch cardiac monitor, operates for up to 14 days on a single battery and runs on a Samsung Smart Health Processor. The company is commercializing a next-generation device, S-Patch MX, that will track more than 30 signals including ECG, temperature and body composition. Two additional products are in development: CardioAI, a diagnostic software platform aimed at improving clinical interpretation and workflow efficiency, and BioArmour, a non-medical monitoring solution for sports, public safety and defense. Proceeds from the latest financing will expand the Houston-based commercial, clinical and customer-success teams and accelerate product development. To date Wellysis has raised roughly $30 million and is targeting a KOSDAQ listing in late 2026 or early 2027.
