Oilproject operates an education platform offering Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) that provide text, video and exercises across subjects including Math, History, Philosophy and English. The company is led by Marco De Rossi. It raised €200k in funding from TIM Ventures, Telecom Italia’s corporate venture capital arm. The funds will be used to continue expanding the platform and to increase users. Oilproject was previously part of WCAP, Telecom Italia’s incubation program. The startup is based in Italy.
