Wheretoget operates a community-driven fashion discovery platform where members upload photos of outfits and other users identify the exact or similar items for purchase. The service began as a website and has since expanded to iOS and Android apps, which now account for more than half of overall activity. The platform attracts 2.2 million unique visitors per month, and roughly 10,000 community members actively answer style-sourcing requests, delivering a response within 24 hours on average. Engagement is reinforced through a points-based leaderboard system as well as Instagram-style social features that encourage browsing, liking, and following tags such as celebrities, brands, or trends. Wheretoget monetises through affiliate commissions earned when users click through to third-party merchants and complete purchases, and the company intends to deepen these merchant relationships to grow revenue. The eight-person team, headquartered in Paris, has bootstrapped until now and plans to use its new capital to accelerate product development and user growth.
