Characters are charged up with user-definable superpowers and customizations that create a virtual stage for self-expression and fun. The company’s technology involves proprietary machine learning and audio processing elements. Led by CEO Clark Westerman, Whipper is based in Limassol, Cyprus and also has a presence in London. Whipper closed the second tranche of a combined €1.2m seed funding round. The company said it will use the funds to continue to expand operations.
