Overview
Wi-Charge develops and commercializes long-range over-the-air wireless power using a proprietary infrared, physics-based approach that delivers several watts to devices over room-sized distances. The company has shifted from R&D to real-world deployment with multiple recent product launches, including the Wi-Poster 31-inch E-Ink display and wirelessly powered LCD video displays for retail. Its technology already supports smart home devices like Alfred smart locks and is deployed in the US, Europe and Asia. Backed by more than 200 patents and over a decade of research, Wi-Charge targets applications across hospitality, smart home, commercial, retail, mobile devices, AR and wearables. The company plans to scale production, accelerate OEM integrations, expand global distribution, and grow its commercialization team to meet rising partner demand.
