Wildpoint is a British traveltech marketplace that enables campers to search, browse and book outdoor stays including campsites, caravans, tipis, cabins and private pitches. Founded in 2020, the platform aims to make the outdoors more accessible by letting users filter stays by features (waterfalls, lakes, forests) and nearby activities (wild swimming, surfing, mountain biking). The service also allows landowners to list tent pitches and garden spaces for guests to earn income. The startup has not yet launched but has 500+ hosts signed up on its waiting list. The team, led by Co‑Founder and CEO Oliver Windle, includes people with experience from Airbnb, Microsoft and Airbus. Wildpoint plans initial coverage across the UK, followed by expansion into Europe and then globally. The company will use new funding to accelerate expansion and speed development of features for campers and hosts.
