WiN MS develops and sells monitoring and diagnostic tools for wired infrastructures, including immediate diagnostic tools for aeronautical maintenance and a system to detect and locate wire cuts in real time. Its monitoring device combats cable theft by locating cuts remotely and includes automatic notification features adaptable to motorways, tunnels and electric distribution networks. Clients include major airline companies and key players in the railway system. Founded in 2012 as a spin-off of the CEA LIST Institute and based in Orsay, the company was incubated at Incuballiance and joined the Starbust aeronautics accelerator. WiN MS is supported by French partners Bpifrance, Scientipole, Ubifrance and COFACE for R&D and export development. It plans to use the €800K raised in its first funding round to expand adoption of its solutions among railway and airline companies globally, having already developed business in France, Europe and the Middle East and aiming to grow in Asia.
