Overview
Wisembly is an all-in-one collaborative platform for corporate meetings that helps users prepare, facilitate and monitor meetings. Users can upload documents, create polls, and share a link so attendees can comment, like, vote, or quote during both in-person meetings and conference calls. After meetings, the platform provides overviews, metrics, and historical views to identify key moments and measure meeting effectiveness. The service is priced between $13.50 and $27 (€10–20) per user per month and is used by around 400 companies including BNP Paribas, Accenture, SNCF and Danone. In 2013 Wisembly generated $2 million (€1.5 million) in revenue. Founded in 2010 in France, the company shifted from an earlier prototype called Balloon to focus on meetings. With the new funding it plans to hire roughly a dozen people to accelerate customer acquisition and to lower the entry bar to serve smaller businesses.
